What’s the most bizarre thing you’ve seen in Boulder?

"One of my co-workers, a male nurse, dressed up as Dolly Parton and won a contest for the best costume in the Thursday night cruisers, a group of bicycle enthusiasts in Boulder. He looked really good dressed as a woman, too."
