What’s the most bizarre thing you’ve seen in Boulder?

"On Halloween night last year, we were having dinner at the Rio. I looked outside and saw more than 30 people streaking down the Pearl Street Mall with carved pumpkins on their heads. And it was a very cold night, too."

"There’s a guy on the Pearl Street Mall who has a live mouse that sits on top of a live cat, and the cat is sitting on top of a live dog

"A patient left the hospital wearing pajamas and pushing her chest tube boxes in a wheelchair. She walked down to Pearl Street and no one there even said a word to her. She strolled down the street."

What’s the most bizarre thing you’ve seen in Boulder?

"One of my co-workers, a male nurse, dressed up as Dolly Parton and won a contest for the best costume in the Thursday night cruisers, a group of bicycle enthusiasts in Boulder. He looked really good dressed as a woman, too."
