SmartCare Family Medical Centers, a rapidly growing operator of retail healthcare centers, has announced an LOI agreement to lease space within select Wal-Mart Supercenters in Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.

ANA files lawsuit against HHS, cites law violations

The American Nurses Association (ANA), the New York State Nurses Association (NYSNA) and the Washington State Nurses Association (WSNA) has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to remedy violations of law that require minimum standards for participation in the federal Medicare program.
