Fifty-nine percent of Denver residents said they would choose a smoke-free restaurant when asked about their choice, "between two similar restaurants that were equally convenient to get to but one allowed smoking and one did not," according to a survey conducted by Denver Public Health in collaboration with John Burnett, professor of marketing at the University of Denver’s Daniels School of Business.
