Jen Ballantine, RN "I choose emergency nursing because it's fast paced and you have an opportunity to help a variety of cultures and you feel like you make a difference in their lives." Jennifer Cruz, RN "I just love the difference of it and how you don't know what's going to come in the door and just being able to help people. Sometimes you see them coming back and they remember you because of the difference that you've made." Megan Martin, RN
