NCMC lifts visitor restrictions for children

North Colorado Medical Center will now allow children ages 12 and under in patient care areas in the hospital and other NCMC facilities. In September, leaders from Banner Health, which operates NCMC, implemented a systemwide visitor-restriction policy as a precaution against the spread of H1N1 flu.

HealthOne lifts restrictions on visitor guidelines

Per the guidance of Colorado health officials and HealthONE infection control experts, effective Monday, Dec. 14, HealthONE hospitals, clinics and surgery centers lifted H1N1 visitor restrictions due to the decline in the spread of H1N1 in Colorado.
