Swedish Medical Center fills community need with new PICU

As part of a major, ongoing, 5-year overhaul of the medical center, Swedish built a brand-new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. According to Stacy Kreil, director of children’s services, there was a need in the community and parents found it very upsetting to have to drive so far before the new PICU was added this year.
